Some Good Ideas Here On How To Retain Doctors
This article is pretty good. It’s called THE EXEC: HOW TO RECRUIT AND RETAIN PHYSICIANS. Many of the ideas are in my book but nothing about an eNPS score. Here are some highlights:

- A competitive compensation and benefit package is essential for physician recruitment and retention.
- Supporting physicians’ educational needs is part of a good retention strategy.
Physician retention is also multi-faceted and includes several aspects, according to Bozek.
“You need to make sure that physicians are engaged and happy as well as make sure that you are supporting them,” Bozek says. “Their director should be supporting them with educational material and making sure physicians have the supplies they need.”
Not a bad article but there is so much more. I wish they referenced my book. It’s all in there.
